How to Complete a Site Form

💡A site form can be completed on desktop or mobile view by an internal Loop user, or by an external user using a share link (see our separate article, How to Complete a Site Form via Share Link, for the external flow). This article covers completing a site form as an internal user.

Completing a Site Form on Desktop

  1. On the relevant job, navigate to Site Forms from the vertical menu, then select New Site Form.

  1. Choose the form you'd like to complete from the list (for example, Leak Detection Report, Makesafe Report, or Roof Report), then start filling out the details.

  1. Your answers autosave as you go. You can see on the side how many questions have been answered for each section.

  1. Once you're happy with your answers, click Complete Form. A box will appear asking you to confirm, note that once a form is completed, you're unable to make any further changes to it.

  1. Click Generate Form, which populates the completed form under Forms in the job. You can make any additional edits here before clicking Save, then generating it as a PDF.

  1. Once generated as a PDF, the form is saved in Documents and can be sent out in emails.

Can I edit a site form after I've completed it? No, once you click Complete Form and confirm, you're unable to make any further changes to that site form.

Where does my completed form end up? After clicking Generate Form, it populates under Forms in the job. From there you can make edits, save, and generate it as a PDF, which is then saved in Documents and can be sent out in emails.

Does filling out a site form on mobile sync with desktop? Yes, changes are autosaved on mobile and will automatically show on desktop as well.
