Understanding Notifications in Loop Logics

👉Notifications help you stay organised by tracking communications and tasks that require your attention. To access your notifications, click the bell icon in the top right corner. Each type of notification has its own section for easy navigation.

Notification Sections

Mentions: If someone @ mentions you in a comment on a job, you'll be notified here.

Emails: Replies to emails sent through Loop Logics will appear in this section.

Actionables: Here you'll be notified for tasks that need your review or to be actioned. These notifications include when a subcontractor has uploaded their AP invoice for you to review, when a Project Manager has provided a PM Update, and, if your system is connected to ENData, ENData comments will appear here as well.

Reminders: You can set custom reminders to notify yourself or another user in Loop Logics that a task needs to be completed. These will populate here.

Using Notifications

By selecting any of the notifications, you'll be directed to the relevant job. Once the notification has been reviewed or dealt with, the notification dot will disappear.
