How to Upload a Scope to ENData
🔄Once an estimate is ready, you can lock it and upload the scope to ENData directly from Loop Logics. This syncs the scope with the ENData portal so your client can review and authorise it.
Steps:
- Navigate to the relevant estimate.

- At the bottom of the screen, select Lock.

- Once locked, you'll have the option to either Upload to ENData or Submit as Quoted.

- Selecting Submit as Quoted saves the estimate within Loop only, it will not sync to ENData.

- Selecting Upload to ENData syncs the scope with ENData.
- A box will appear asking you to confirm this action, warning that it will overwrite any existing scope. Select Upload Scope to confirm.

- The scope is now uploaded to ENData, and the estimate's status updates to Quoted.
- Once the scope has been submitted to ENData, log in to your ENData portal and, in the relevant job, click Scope Completed.
- The scope can then be left with your client to review and authorise. Once they've authorised the scope, you'll be notified via an email or a communication in Loop.

- Navigate back to the relevant estimate in Loop and select Authorise All Items to authorise the line items on your end.

Do I need to lock the estimate first? Yes, the Upload to ENData and Submit as Quoted options only appear once the estimate has been locked.
How do I know when my client has authorised the scope? You'll be notified via an email or a communication in Loop once the client has authorised the scope in the ENData portal.
