How to Save and Sync notes to ENData

🔄Once a project has been synced to ENData, you can save and sync your notes seamlessly. When you type a note on a job, you can choose to save it in Loop Logic only, or save and sync it so it also updates ENData.

Steps:

  • Open the job you want to add a note to and go to the Notes section.
  • Type your note into the New Note field.

  • At the bottom of the note, choose one of two options:
  • Save: stores the note in Loop Logics only.
  • Save & Sync: updates both Loop Logics and ENData.

  • Once saved, you can identify a synced note because it will show Synced with ENData underneath it. A regular note saved with Save alone will not show this label.

  • These notes don't notify anyone directly, but when saved with Save & Sync, they are recorded in ENData as general updates.
