How to Navigate a Project

💡A project is what encompasses all the work being carried out at a specific site address, while the jobs displayed in the colourful tabs at the top are specific tasks or pieces of work created within that project. This article covers finding your way around the project page.


Getting to the Project Page


  • Select the Project tab at the top of the screen.
  • Project details are displayed at the top of the screen and can be viewed even when clicking between jobs.


Critical Information


  • In the yellow box at the top of the project page, you'll find critical information about the project.


Left-hand navigation


On the left-hand side of the project page you'll find:


  • Communications: a combined view of comments logged across the project's jobs

  • AR Invoices: a breakdown of invoiced amounts by job, with the option to create a new AR invoice

  • Signing Requests

  • Audit Trail: a history of critical information and client instructions

  • To navigate back to the project page from a job, select the Details (Project) tab at the top.



Map and driving directions


  • On the bottom right of the map, you'll find Driving Directions, which will give you directions to the site address.


Roles, Tags, and contracts


  • Under the map, you'll find the Project Admins, Estimator, and Project Manager assigned across all the jobs. Additional details can be found under Project Details, including the customer, client, project reference, division, region, type, and any client instructions.

  • You're also able to tag your project using the Tags section. Contacts can be viewed and added under Contact Details.
