How to Login to Loop Logics

💡This article covers logging into your Loop Logics account for the first time, resetting your password, and setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.

Logging in for the first time

Navigate to your company's Loop by entering your website address in your browser's address bar.

On the login screen, select Forgot?

Enter your email address, then select Send Password Reset.

You'll receive an email with a password reset link. Click the link in the email.

Set your password, ensuring it meets the minimum password requirements, then confirm it and select Save New Password.

From your Loop website, enter the email address and the password you just configured, then select Login.

Setting up two-factor authentication

Once you're logged in, you can add an extra layer of security to your account with two-factor authentication:

Select your profile in the bottom left-hand corner.

Select Enable Two Factor.

Using an authenticator app on your mobile device, scan the QR code shown.

Enter the code from your authenticator app into Loop.

Select Enable Two Factor to confirm.

✅Once enabled, if you log into Loop from a new browser, you'll be required to enter a code from your authenticator app, keeping your data safe and secure.
