How to Create a Form
đź’ˇForms let you generate a polished, client-ready PDF straight from a job. Pulling in the job's details automatically and letting you add your own notes and photos. Once generated, the PDF sits in the job's Documents section ready to attach to an email.
Steps:
- Open the job and go to Forms.

- Select New Form.

- Choose a Form Template from the list — for example, Photo Schedule, Assessment Report, Completion Signoff, Customer Satisfaction, Leak Detection Report, Make Safe Restoration Report, Makesafe Report, Progress Customer Satisfaction, Repair Audit, or Roof Report.

- Enter a Reference if you need one, then select Create.

- The form opens with any details set up in the template already populated — things like client name, site address and claims administrator pull straight from the job, so you don't have to re-type them.

- Add any additional information the form needs in the Notes box or the form body. Use the toolbar to format text, or select the image icon to insert photos.

- When inserting photos, choose from the job's existing Site Photos — select the ones you want and continue. Photos are grouped by uploader and date in the Select Photos dialog.

- Once you're happy, select Save.

- To check how the form will look once generated, select Preview — this downloads a document for you to review before you commit to a final version.

- When you're ready, select Generate PDF. This creates the finished PDF in the job's Documents section, filed under a category matching the form template, and the form's status updates to generated.

- Open Documents to find the generated PDF, ready to attach to an email you send from Loop.

FAQ
Can I reuse a form as a starting point for another one? Yes, select Clone from the form's toolbar to create a copy you can adjust, rather than starting a new form from scratch.
Where do the pre-populated details on a form come from? They pull from the job itself: client name, site address, claims administrator and similar fields, so they're only as accurate as the job's own details.
