How to Create Workflow KPIs
💡If relevant to your business, you can apply KPIs to your workflow to measure key metrics, such as how long a job remains in a specific status for. Note that workflow KPIs can only be created after the workflow itself has been set up.
Steps:
Create a new workflow KPI
- Go to Admin, then under Jobs select Workflow KPIs.
- Click New in the top right corner.

- Enter the Name.

- Add any additional information in the Description box.

- Choose the relevant Workflow.

- Choose the From Status and To Status the KPI is measured between.

- If required, select an Instructing Client.

- Choose a Timeframe Type, and enter a Start Date and End Date.

- Tick Active to enable this KPI in the system.

- Click Save.

View your workflow KPIs
- Once created, workflow KPIs can be viewed in your analytics dashboard.
- Only those with provided access can view this dashboard.

When can I create a workflow KPI? Only after the relevant workflow has already been set up — workflow KPIs are created against an existing workflow's statuses.
