- Click New in the top right corner.

- Enter the Blocker Name.

- Add any additional information in the Description box.

- Click Save.

Apply the blocker to a workflow status
- Navigate to the relevant workflow.

- Choose the status you'd like the blocker to be available on.

- In the Blockers bar, select your blocker.

- Click Save to apply the changes.

Apply or remove a blocker on a job
To apply a blocker:
- Click the status in the top right corner of the job.

- Select the potential blocker at the top.

The status will then turn red and will stop the project from moving forward.
To remove a blocker:
- Click the status again.

- Select Resolve.

The status returns to normal and the job can progress again.
FAQ

What happens to a job's status when a blocker is applied? The status badge turns red and displays which blocker is active, and the job is stopped from moving forward until the blocker is resolved.
How do I clear a blocker once the issue is fixed? Click the job's status, then select Resolve next to the blocker. The status returns to normal and the job can progress again.
