Analytics - New Jobs Dashboard
💡The New Jobs Dashboard shows every job created in Loop Logics over a chosen period, broken down by workflow, client and insured event. Use the filters to narrow the view, export the data, and open any job straight from the table.
Steps:
Step 1: Open the New Jobs Dashboard
In the left-hand Analytics menu, click New Jobs Dashboard. Four donut charts appear at the top: Total New Jobs This Week, New Jobs by Client, New Jobs by Workflow and New Jobs by Insured Event.

Step 2: Review the charts
Hover over any segment of a chart to see its name and count. The number in the middle of each donut is the total jobs for that chart.

Step 3: Find the filters
Scroll down below the charts. The filter row includes Client, Division, Created Date, Workflow Name, Status and Job Number, with CAT Code and State on the line below.

Step 4: Filter by Client
Click the Client dropdown. Search for a client or tick one or more from the list (for example, AAI Limited). The charts and table update straight away.

Step 5: Filter by Division
Click the Division dropdown and tick the divisions you want, such as NSW, QLD, SA, VIC or WA.

Step 6: Change the Created Date
Click the Created Date filter. It defaults to This year. Use Relative by to switch between Years, Quarters, Months, Weeks or Days, then choose an option such as This month or Previous year. Select Absolute date range to pick exact dates.

Step 7: Export the data
Click the three-dot menu at the top right of the table and choose Export to CSV or Export to Excel.

Step 8: Filter by Workflow Name
Click the Workflow Name dropdown and tick the workflows you want to see, for example Makesafe or Restoration. You can also use the Status and Job Number filters the same way.

Step 9: Read the jobs table
The table lists each job with its Created On date, Job Number, Client, Division, Insured Event, CAT Code, Workflow Name, Current Status, Days in Status and Blockers.
Step 10: Open a job
Click the link icon in the Link column. The job opens in a new window.

Step 11: Scroll for more columns
Scroll the table to the right to see the Street Address, Suburb, State, First Appointment Date, Total Authorised, Total Invoiced and Total Quoted columns.
