How to Access Analytics Dashboards

Steps:

Step 1: Open the menu and go to Admin

From any Analytics page, select the Loop Logics logo in the top left corner. This expands the left-hand menu. Select Admin.

Step 2: Scroll down to User Management

In the Admin menu, scroll down to User Management and select Users.

Step 3: Select the user

Select the user you want to give access to.

Step 4: Enable Analytics on their profile

Scroll down the user's profile and tick Analytics Enabled. Save the change before you leave the profile.

Step 5: Go to Analytics Dashboards

Scroll back up in the Admin menu. Under COMPANY, select Analytics Dashboards. You'll see the list of dashboards, including AP Invoices and Expenses, AR Invoices, Finance, Job Status Bar Chart, KPI Management, New Jobs Dashboard, Notification Dashboard, Operational Dashboard, Performance Dashboard, Profit Analysis, Profit Forecast, Purchase Order Management, Tags Dashboard and Works in Progress.

Step 6: Select the dashboard

Select the dashboard you want to share. In the example, it's KPI Management. The Users field lists everyone who can already see it.

Step 7: Add the user

Open the Users field, choose the person from the list and they're added to the dashboard.

Step 8: Save

Select SAVE. The user can now open the dashboard from Analytics. To undo your changes before saving, select CLEAR CHANGES.

FAQ

I enabled Analytics but the user can't see the dashboard. Check that the user is in the Users list on the dashboard and that Active is ticked.

Do I need to repeat this for every dashboard? Yes. Dashboard access is set per dashboard, so repeat Steps 6 to 8 for each one.

Where do I find the Analytics dashboards once I have access? Open the menu from the Loop Logics logo in the top left corner and select Analytics. The standard dashboards are listed down the left side.
