How to Take and Upload Site Photos

Step 1: Open Site Photos for the Job

From the job page, tap the camera icon in the top toolbar to open the photo options menu.

Details:

• The menu offers three options: Camera, Site Photos, and Upload
• The job's Site Photos count is shown at the top of the job page (for example, "18 Total") and updates as photos are added

Step 2: Take Photos with the Camera

Tap Camera to open the in-app camera, then tap the shutter button to capture each photo.

Details:

• Captured photos appear as a growing thumbnail strip at the bottom-left of the camera screen as you take them
• You can take multiple photos in a row before finishing
• Tap the checkmark (top-right) when you're done to return to the job, or the X (top-left) to close the camera without saving

Step 3: Rename or Delete a Photo

Tap a photo in Site Photos to open View Photo, where you can edit its name or delete it.

Details:

• The Photo Name field is pre-filled with a default name (for example, "PHOTO_20260930_084955") but can be edited freely
• Tap Save to keep the new name, or Discard to back out without changing it
• The trash icon at the top of the screen deletes the photo entirely

Step 4: Select and Manage Multiple Photos

Tap Select in Site Photos to choose multiple photos at once for bulk actions.

Details:

• Tap each photo to check it; a running count (for example, "3 photos selected") appears at the bottom
• A Delete option appears once at least one photo is selected
• Tap Cancel to leave select mode without making changes

Step 5: Sort Site Photos

Tap Sort to change how photos are ordered.

Details:

• Options are A–Z, Z–A, Date — newest first, and Date — oldest first
• A checkmark shows which sort order is currently applied

Step 6: Upload Photos from Your Device

Tap the camera icon, then Upload, to add existing photos from your device's photo library instead of taking new ones.

Details:

• Opens your device's photo picker, with Photos and Collections tabs
• Tap photos to select them, each gets a numbered badge showing the order selected, and a running count (for example, "6 Photos") appears at the bottom
• Tap the checkmark to confirm and upload the selected photos

Step 7: Confirm Photos Are Added

Return to the job page and check that the Site Photos count has increased.

Details:

• Newly added photos may briefly show as "Queued," "Finalising," or "uploading" in the Site Photos list before settling in
• The Site Photos total on the job page updates once photos finish saving

FAQ

What's the difference between Camera, Site Photos, and Upload? Camera opens the in-app camera to take new photos. Site Photos opens the job's existing photo gallery. Upload opens your device's photo library so you can add photos you already have.

Can I select more than one photo to delete at once? Yes, tap Select in Site Photos, check the photos you want, then tap Delete.

How do I change a photo's name? Tap the photo to open View Photo, edit the Photo Name field, and tap Save.
