Module 2: Admin Scheduler - Upload Documents Guide
đź“‹This article covers how to upload and organise documents inside a Loop Logics job, from opening the Documents section through to selecting a category and completing the upload. Loop makes it simple to drag and drop documents for easy access and management of project files, keeping everything the team needs in one place rather than scattered across emails and local folders.
Step 1 - Access Job Module
Click the Job Module to access information for the property.
- Navigate to the specific job module you want to add documents to
- This displays all project details and related information
Step 2 - Open Documents Section
Click "Documents" to view all related files for the selected job.
- The Documents sections displays all upload files for the property
- Shows documents organisation by category
- Displays file status and related information

đź’ˇWorking from the correct job module keeps documents attached to the right property and job, so anyone opening that job later can find what they need without hunting through other jobs.
Step 3 - Initiate New Documents
Click "Documents" to view all related files for the selected job
- Opens the document upload interface
- Prepares the system to accept a new file
- Shows available upload options

Step 4 - Select Upload Option
Click "Upload" to choose files from your device for adding to the document list
- Opens files browser dialog
- Allows you to select files from your computer
- Supports various file formats (PDFs, documents, images, etc.)

Step 5 - Open Category
Select a category for uploading documents
- Click on the category dropdown field
- A list of available document categories appears
- You must select a category before uploading

Step 6 - Choose Category
Click "select category" to categories the document appropriately

- Client Correspondence
- Client Instructions
- Consultant Quotes
- Contracts
- Customer Correspondence
- External Reports
- Finance
- Imported from Prime
- Insurance
- Invoices
- Job Letters

- Scope of Works

- This helps organise and retrieve documents efficiently
- Proper categorisation improves document management

Step 7 - Select Documents to Upload
Click "Drag 'n' drop" documents here, or click to select documents" to add files.

▶️ Click to Select: Click to open files browser and select files

Step 8 - Documents Saved

- Your document is now saved in the documents tab under the selected category
- The document appears in the document list for the job
- Team members can access the documents through the Documents section.
